Job Description and Responsibilities
Engage closely with team members to turn requirements into business solutions using SharePoint Online and other Office 365 apps such as PowerApps, MS Flow and Nintex workflow.
Configure sites, pages, app parts and develop SharePoint, PowerApps and PowerBI solutions for business productivity
Maintain understanding and utilization of out of the box SharePoint components such as SharePoint lists, libraries, web parts, master pages, CSS, and object model
Post launch support for completed solutions.
Support roll out of new intranet sites and portals
Occasionally consult with business users to identify requirements and help deliver technology solutions that meet their business needs.
Continue to develop skills, knowledge and ability to improve processes and procedures, and keep updated on trends and developments in the industry.
Minimum Experience
7+ years of SharePoint developer experience primarily on SharePoint Online platform bridging business needs and IT solutions utilizing SharePoint out of the box features and functionality as well converting InfoPath to PowerApps forms, SharePoint workflows to Flow, SharePoint Online and Power BI configuration and development. 2+ year of O365 development in PowerApps, Flow, Power BI, Teams and SharePoint Online. Experience working in SDLC and Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
Mandatory Skills Experience with modern SharePoint including pages, web parts, site configurations and content migration.
Familiarity with SharePoint security, content types, columns, managed metadata, and pages
Knowledge on InfoPath Forms , Nintex Workflows and BCS to reconfigure them in Online platform postmigration.
Handson Experience in creating Power Apps and Microsoft Flow. Strong knowledge on rebuilding existing InfoPath forms to Power Apps and Workflows to Microsoft Flows
o Out of box SharePoint forms development
o Customizing SharePoint lists with PowerApps
o Automating business processes with Microsoft Flow
o Developing PowerApps canvas forms for a SQL db
o Understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods
o Installing and configuring data gateways
o Writing SQL queries
o PowerApps and Flow licensing
Handson Experience in creating Nintex Workflows
HandsOn Experience with REST, Graph and other APIs and integrating data outside of SharePoint Online and onprem data sources like SQL, Oracle,
Nice to Have Skills
Azure Logic Apps and Functions Experience in SQL
Experience with Graph API or rest services integrations
