Description NetSuite Support Specialist
Our is looking for a Consultant to come in and support their current environment of NetSuite, EDI and 3PL (UPS). The primary responsibilities of this consultant include
Become the go to person for business users on any technical issues with ERP/EDI/3PL. Able to conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with existing support partners for resolution.
Meanwhile, able to capture/document current business processes and interfaces, and lay some foundation for migration from NetSuite to Oracle EBS.
Skills and experiences
Strong business knowledge and acumen supporting ERP, EDI and 3PL end to end processes
Good exposures to the current production systems
Excellent communication skills, able to work with business users side by side
Strong problem solving skills, particularly as it is related to ERP/EDI order handling issues
Hands on experience with NetSuite required, good exposure to customer facing and 3PL WMS facing EDI interfaces and processes
Good exposure to Oracle EBS is a big plus Current environment ERP NetSuite (supported by NXTurn admin)
EDI TrueCommerce (supported by TrueCommerce) 3PL UPS (connected via Celigo Integrator)
