Onsite Analyst & QA For Fallon Information Management and Analytics team
This role will perform a range of different functions and tasks for Fallon IT Information management & Analytics team, including Analyst 45%
Analyze and understand business and data requirements to develop business solutions, including business requirement, data analysis, data mapping, business rules, data lifecycle management. Develop business requirements with an enterprisewide view minimizing custom solutions. Collaborate with the Design and Development Team during technical design, development and testing phases of projects. QA 30 %
Develop testing plans, test cases, test queries, documents and validates results. Strong hands on experience with all types of testing including functional, system integration, regression, user acceptance testing, data integration and performance testing etc. Offshore team coordination 25% Lead the Offshore testing teams and automation teams for the test planning, test execution and defect management activities. Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industryaccepted best practices. Planning and scheduling testing milestones for offshore QA team as required. Provide guidance, training, and problem solving assistance to offshore QA team members. Skills Experience working directly with business resources in facilitation of business decisions. Strong conceptual and analytical skills. Understanding of data warehousing, business intelligence and relational database concepts and technologies preferred. Familiarity with dataintensive applications and business applicability in healthcare preferred. Advanced SQL skills and experience. ETL Tools and testing experience
