Siemens has an immediate need for a Clarizen Implementation expert to assist them with their implementation of the tool. The person can sit remote and would travel to Siemens sites (Orlando and Houston) as required. Siemens just got access to the environment last week, formal kickoff occurred and currently working in Use Case development. They are doing project inhouse because this is small scale. They have the MVP set to go live on October, but this will be an ongoing agile project going into next fiscal year. Initial focus is to bring expert knowledge to current configurators and use case development. Team lacks tool knowledge/Expertise that they would expect this consultant to bring to team. Role will be working remotely mostly. May have travel to Orlando or Houston. Travel would be billable to client.
Position Summary We are seeking a talent with strong Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) Software implementation experience.
This position is responsible to manage the initial implementation and continuous improvement of Clarizen and corresponding data. Partnering with the process engineering team, the Clarizen Implementation Expert position will assist in automating our business processes efficiency improvements.
This position is a great opportunity to implement a holistic PPMSoftware solution, to automate processes and establish a data baseline for business intelligence. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Partner with IT Portfolio management and work with management and team members to analyze, design and implement solutions to automate business processes and support business requirements
Drive Clarizen implementation, configuration, and serve as product expert, aiming to solve business challenges by optimizing the user experience with automation and a streamlined user experience in the solution
Configure custom fields and business process rules to systemize business processes, with as much automation to simplify the user experience
Create detailed technical specifications and partner with IT team on system integration requirements
Identification of customization needs and management of its implementation
Configure user interface, reports and dashboards within the software
Partner with key stakeholders to optimize and develop Clarizen
Knowledge and Skills Proven experience in implementation of PPMSoftware Clarizen
Profound knowledge in analyzing, designing and developing complex database solutions to achieve business requirements collaborating with Business Stakeholders
Advanced knowledge of technology stacks and components such as Java, .NET, Web Services (SOAP/REST), relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server), Javascript, HTML and CSS
