Description Job Description MUST HAVE ServiceNow Administrative experience for standalone/multitenant environment ServiceNow configuration experience in ITSM modules e.g. Incident, Problem, Change etc. Good troubleshooting skills for L1 administrative tasks/issues Good Understanding of ITIL v3 processes Good understanding of ServiceNow customization & custom development of forms, fields and workflow Good Communication, interpersonal and team management skills Good Team Coordination skills GOOD TO HAVE ITIL Foundation v3 / v4 certification ServiceNow Administration certification
