Performance Engineer

Description

Requirement Responsible for the design and creation of performance tests across the GSDP, R1 and L2+ program Architecture.
Work with validation lead to understand mobile application performance test requirements, timelines and delivery.
Experience with measuring API and application services using health alerts and dashboard creation
Create and execute load test in designated environment to capture the performance metrics
Setup and Analyze AppDynamics analytical data to predict mobile application future performance based on historical trends
Design and implement end to end mobile application feature performance measurement i.e. remote Start/Stop,remote lock/Unlock,etc
Build/maintain AppDynamics dashboards
Integrate AppDynamics with third party products
Generate Monthly Operational Reports
Complete user request tickets on AppDynamics Administration, Customizations, and Maintenance & Extract Reports
Perform analysis on logs and use problem solving techniques
Experience in writing macros/scripts
Work with Feature Architect,System Architect and application developers to synthesize feature implementation and convert them into performance measurement metrics
BSEE or BSCS degree or equivalent.
5 years of performance test engineering experience.
Automotive Electrical and/or Connectivity experience including 2 years in telematics connectivity development and design writing requirements and designs for connected services.
Strong experience in designing, scripting, and executing of mobile application performance tests using various tool sets.
Strong experience with API performance test requests.
