Job Description Drive Sitecore AWS Domain discussion with customer technical team.
Customer interaction Vendors stakeholder management.
Should be able to understand issues related to AWS RDS Sitecore platform Ensuring to provide correct guidance on issues Rerouting requests to vendors stake holders Effective communication with offshore team Prioritization of work requests.
Ensure to coordinate with infrastructure Mylan GIDC team for any Infra related changes and should be able to understand and communicate the related impact.
Understanding and knowledge of Databases and SQL server.
Technical Skills Domain management AWS RDS Sitecore platform Application performance tuning AppDynamics Splunk.
