Join National Heritage Academies (NHA) as a Data Warehouse ETL Developer. This position will report directly to the Director of Business Intelligence in the Information & Analystics department and will be the primary technical resource in developing and maintaining NHAs large and complex data warehouse solution.

In this role you will work out of our corporate headquarters (Service Center) located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The NHA Service Center is where all the behindthescenes magic happens. Our 400 brilliant team members are bragworthy. With a diverse group of departments like admissions, talent acquisition, facilities, legal services, and many more working together to provide top level backoffice support. The Service Center is a place of bright colors, smiling faces, and opportunity. Your Role
Design and implement ETL (extract, transform, load) processes Work with business owners to define project milestones and requirements Perform data profiling and modeling Create documentation of code, business processes, project requirements, etc Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy Support, maintain, and monitor ETL processes Resolve errors and data issues in a timely manner Participate in required afterhours ETL monitoring rotation Be selfdirected and comfortable working independently
