Description

Essential Functions Hands on experience on various IT Services modules of ServiceNow viz. Service Catalogue Requests, Asset Management, Configuration Management, ServiceNow Administration, Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Project Portfolio Management, Reporting, Gauges, Integration with Web Services Develop ServiceNow solutions and enhancements using core Platform capabilities Working closely with process owners, clients, stakeholders and internal customers in gathering requirements and converting them into solutions Expert knowledge in developing workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions, catalog items, Demonstrate knowledge of JavaScripts Expert knowledge relating to ServiceNow Dev instance establishment and migration to Test and Prod changes Experience interviewing stakeholders to gather system requirements, develop conceptual designs and the implementation of the design within ServiceNow Design, develop and deliver automated workflow solutions using ServiceNow Rest/SOAP/Orchestration capabilities Advanced scripting of business rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, UI Policies, Orchestration activities etc. Create integrations with other systems to manage various automated workflows and activities. Integrations knowledge like LDAP, SSO, JIRA, Workday, Slack, Tanium etc. Creating ServiceNow reports and Dashboards Provide maintenance and support over ServiceNow Platform Maintain an understanding of ServiceNow modules and licensing functionality Skills (Good to have) Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes Certified ServiceNow Administrator preferred Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they can be implemented in ServiceNow such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, reports/metrics etc. Strong understanding of SOAP, REST and JSON frameworks Experience with networking devices and Experienced with networking concepts like proxy servers and Firewalls. Intermediate knowledge on how following tools works with respect to application deployment Jenkins, Chef, Tomcat, JBoss, Weblogic, Database etc. Expert knowledge with ServiceNow Asset Management module, Scan delivery of IT asset into the Asset Inventory Database and Demonstrate knowledge to integrate MS SCCM tool with ServiceNow Establish the process to ensure that assets under the control of the IT organization are identified, controlled and properly cared for throughout their lifecycle and Track change activities of assets due to installations, movements, transfers, and removals Communication Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to communicate effectively to team members/stakeholders/process owners Highly Customer service orientated Strong interpersonal skills Other Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks Strong analytical and problem solving skills
