Must have Commercial Sales & Marking in Life Sciences Domain Hours overlap with US team (to some extent) Proficient SQL skills Proficient Excel skills Experience with SCRUM (via JIRA and CONFLUENCE or similar tools) Proficient in requirements documentation (business and technical facing) Good problem solving skills Good communication skills Ability to communicate easily with team members to provide updates and ask questions o Preferred Familiarity with Life Science industry and datasets Experience working with BI Tools (Tableau, etc.) Experience with functional testing & regression testing Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Tasks & Deliverables o Create Quality Assurance (QA) Test plans for functional testing o Review Quality Assurance (QA) Test plans for functional testing o Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scripts o Perform Regression testing on the solution o Able to review requirements documents and translate documents to newer template/format o Create JIRA ticket based on business requirement documents o Investigate issues and work with business team and technical team member to find efficient resolutions o Work with business team members on adhoc requests like data analysis, data extracts, data comparisons
