2. Exploring using quality center as a tool. So experience with HPQC is highly desired.
3. Need someone who can take a lead role and help to train some existing QA people. Job Description Auto Owners Insurance is in the process of replacing their on premise SAP HR system with Workday in the cloud. April 2020 is the go live with November 2019 starting the end testing. Team size is 12 people in HR, 5 from IT and handful parttime employees. Working with Workday also. Currently they are looking for a very experienced Workday QA resource who can join their existing team which is not fully experienced in the product. They will be helping with defect management, creating test cases and test plans. Report testing would be important. Independent plans or strategies that they can help with. Working with work stream leads from a high level scope, possible helping with testing. Must have versatility in the product. To be successful on this team they must be a people person and able to work with a team. In addition, they will be working with very personal data and must be aware of the nature of that. To be successful at Auto Owners they need to come in and help them utilize the product without being a bully or someone who is not able to change their ways. 50/50 as hands on as well as leading the efforts.
Auto Owners would like us to ask all these questions and document the answers for our submittals Work Environment Auto Owners is a 8 am to 4 30 pm environment. They require everyone to wear a tie to work still but the overall feel of the place is relaxed. Our consultants who have been successful have excellent communication skills and mesh well with both the business and technical teams. Who is the Internal/External Customer 1. HR department, payroll. 13 tracks but not implementing all of them, more like 10. Payroll, integration, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, talent and performance, mobile. Basically all the core functionality that the HR department will have plus the custom apps and mobile. 15 in total.
