Must Have Right To Rep Email with time stamp (See below) Project management methodology 35 years in complex business and technical environments JOB DESCRIPTION This position offers the exciting opportunity to be a part of the Salesforce Product Operations team. The Analyst, Product & Pricing Operations will be responsible for integrating price books and products for core products. The individual we are seeking is selfdirected and teamoriented with the ability to understand the needs of technical/business/sales users, and deliver projects and tasks necessary to make everyone successful. The Analyst will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting configurations, assisting with release management, building reports, analyzing data, and producing process documentation. Successful candidates will be able to work effectively within crossfunctional teams to identify and gain agreement on business requirements and track all project tasks and issues. Position reports to Senior Manager, Product & Pricing Operations within Global Business Operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Drive process and technical system improvements Coordinate and lead crossfunctional meetings, document decisions & followup on actions Manage projects including tracking tasks, issues, system requirements, and risks Configure new price books and product skus in salesforce systems Identify product packaging and quoting business requirements and system impacts Lead in the analysis, design, testing, and implementation of new product configurations Create documentation and training materials for internal distribution REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree Project management methodology 35 years in complex business and technical environments Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros) Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager Solid written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills, process orientation, and attention to detail required Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, problemsolve, and produce results Able to think independently and consider crossfunctional and downstream impacts. Price book management experience is a plus Technical and functional knowledge of SFA and CRM Selfmotivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
