Description
We need someone who can take on break / fix support on HHs Avaya / Nortel Legacy system.
UC Cisco cert (CCNP level) would be desired. With Avaya/Nortel experience would be ideal.
This role will be primarily to assist in break/fix of UC / voice issues assisting the HH engineering team.
No travel necessary, just local travel from their different sites / campuses located in Phoenix and Scottsdale.
