Description
Requirement Work with automobile insurance applications ARVS (Automotive and recreational vehicle services) and, CRM (Claim management), EW mainframe (Extended warranty) and SPP (Service provider portal.
As a part of system support team, create and resolve incidents & do a proper root cause analysis, draw conclusions from troubleshooting results and make recommendations.
Validate the enhancements in the production environment as a UAT Tester. Also participate in integration testing, functionality testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Create communication materials such as Standard Operating Procedures, Product Overviews, FAQs, Tool Glossaries, system training material, and system user documentation to support implementation activities and distributed appropriately
Create and manage tasks in TFS (Team Foundation Server) for tracking the progress of the project. Work with product/project teams to identify business requirements and translating them into business requirement document (user stories).
Proactively manage and hold weekly production ticket meetings.
Work with on shore and offshore developers and technical support staff to identify and resolve problems
