IAM/SailPoint Engineer

Description

Requirement:

Administration and support of SailPoint IIQ products.

Managing a fully integrated, highly available application environment.

Serve as an escalation point for IDM-related requests and issues

Provide recommendations during design and troubleshooting sessions

Reviewing and supporting technical components for complex applications, monitoring of infrastructure components.

Planning and executing ITIL activities for incidents, problems, changes and enhancements.

Incident investigation, diagnosis and incident resolution.

Effectively communicate with peers, quality control, testing and other technology teams.

Strong focus on documentation and standards.

Administration and support of Identity Manager products and Java language.

Utilizing knowledge of Solaris/Linux with basic scripting skills for platform support.



Detailed Skill Set:

5+ years of relevant IAM experience working with IIQ 7.x , Identity integrations, including one or more of Active Directory, LDAP, ISAM and other cloud/federated Identity Management systems

Experience administering a Unix/Linux-based production environment of Directory Servers, such as ForgeRock OpenDJ/DS, openDS, UnboundID/Ping Directory, Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition (ODSEE), and openLDAP.

Understanding of LDAP entries, schema, replication, ACIs, filters, monitoring, best practices, and other key aspects of LDAP.

Scripting of LDAP Server installation with custom configurations (server settings, schema, data, ACIs, replication, etc).

Use of command line LDAP tools such as ldapsearch and ldapmodify.E

Experience leading the analysis, troubleshooting, and remediation of LDAP outages in Production environments.
