Description
Must Have:
Previous experience evaluating, developing, and performing a gap analysis for both technical and business requirements
Previous experience working with and developing user stories or business cases for an implementation, upgrade, or development project
Experience with business process modeling
Strong Technical writing skills
Strong experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements
Plusses:
Any experience working with Pega Applications, especially building out the work flows
Experience with HR/Finance management processes
Any IT modernization experience
Experience developing acceptance criteria
