Description
This role will directly interact with our Finance teams (Billing, Collections, Inventory Mgmt, Claims Audit) to learn their current processes and then evaluate where/how efficiencies can be gained through the application that is used. Initially there will be a heavy focus on EDI processing, specifically 835s, and then the ongoing support of these transactions. This role will be involved in projects with that the billing and reimbursement department will be implementing and a new module to perform their work within. This role will be the lead to implement this new module.
Contribute to the entire implementation process
Drive definition of improvements based on business needs and architectural improvements
Responsible for build, test, root cause analysis, and complex performance tuning
Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives
May be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Write manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures
