Description
Perform duties as assigned by the IT Distribution Support Supervisor.
The hours to be worked per week may vary but at a minimum will be 40 hours. Core PacifiCorp work hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM and depend on the immediate workload.
Construction
Augment the IT application teams and EAI teams to deliver required software upgrade from BW 5.12 to BW 5.14.
Follow PacifiCorp IT Change Management policies and procedures for deploying changes to Production.
Quality Assurance
Identify and create the necessary automated test artifacts.
Engage and/or lead testing efforts for TIBCO BW related changes. Engagement can include EAI teammates, and other PacifiCorp IT personnel..
Production Support
Create/update documentation to keep team records current reflecting TIBCO related software and hardware changes.
Facilitate knowledge transfer of software/hardware changes to Production Support team.
Provide short-term post-implementation production support for changes implemented.
Consultation
Collaborate with EAI teammates by sharing subject matter expertise of TIBCO products, processes, and best practices.
Provide technical recommendations to management to support team operations, resource planning, and optimal solution design.
