IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Lead the planning and execution of SIT and UAT with technology and business partners
Elicit and document test plans and test scripts for functional and non-functional requirements
Define test data requirements
Facilitate conversations with application developers and ensure understanding of technical requirements so they can be translated into testing scenarios
Communicate defects to developers and other business stakeholders
Provide reporting on testing executions results to management, business and technology stakeholders
Provide traceability from solution requirements and designs to the testing scenarios and testing results
Liaison with IT development, project management, and business stakeholders
Utilize and understand QA methodologies and tools.
Contribute to improving and maturing the QA practice at XOOM Energy.
Prepare and present QA information to project team members.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships across the company.
Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement
Other duties as required
