Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves)

Years of experience on each of the Technical must have skills: Minimum 5 years as Scrum Master.

1) Experience in delivering multiple projects in Agile, as a scrum master as well as heading the scrum of scrums for larger initiatives.

2) lead multiple scrum teams and provide weekly updates to all stakeholders on the overall status of all projects, accomplishments, at-risk items and remediation plans.

3)Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, grooming meetings, and software demonstrations handle distractions, impediments, or team conflicts, and maintain focus on product backlog project timeline.

4)Manage dependencies across teams by tracking related tickets through JIRA and Confluence and through constant communication with team leads.

5) Good analytical and communication skills, with exposure to face-to-face client interaction.

6) Exposure to retail domain and retail functions.



Nice-to-have

1) Knowledge of one or more cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and cloud-native design patterns.

2) Experience with working in global delivery model.
