Top 3 Requirements:
4+ years of overall Salesforce experience (2 years as an admin, 2 years as a developer is fine)
Apex development
Salesforce Lightning experience (at least 6 months)

Team Details:
Total team size reporting to Sue is five developers performing a mix of system administration and Apex development; three of the developers have been with Terumo for 15+ years, another one has been there for about one year, another has been there for less than a year. Very collaborative, work-life balance environment.
Day to Day/Project:
- Assist with major initiatives and new enhancements
- Stand up customer portals to better enable pieces of information
- Improve documentation
- Trying to create a way to allow sales reps that go into hospitals and into the surgery rooms to scan the medical device that is being used; need to set up a system so they can easily scan the label
Job Description:
Our client in Lakewood, CO is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join their team on a contractual basis to help with some major initiatives they have occurring now and upcoming. Some of the initiatives include a mix of new enhancements/additions, standing up customer portals to enhance information, and allowing sales reps to easily scan devices when they are on client sites. We need someone who has done more than just page layouts, but rather we need a candidate who has done true Apex development, declarative programming, and create communities. A candidate who has also taken on Business Analyst responsibilities in previous roles would be a great value add to the team so they can help gather requirements for the team.
Day to Day:
Partner with the Commercial Operations business area to implement and expand a global CRM system. These business areas include Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, and Technical Support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations.
Provide technical leadership in the ownership and resolution of Salesforce application problems and enhancements to ensure the availability, integrity, performance and maintainability of the system.
Undertake a technical lead role on the Salesforce platform and establish a mentoring program for less experienced team members.
