Description
Expert knowledge of Cisco products, their functionality, configuration and best practices
Data Center Core Upgrade project– Upgrade to Nexus platform
Davao Call Center Site Build – Build out new Call center Site in Davao
Cisco Call Manager Migration Project – Assist or Lead in Migrating legacy PBX sites to Cisco Call Manager
Firewall Migration for Utah Data Center – Migrate the Cisco ASA firewall to Palo Alto
Responsibilities
- Hands on Experience with Cisco Call Manager to include Design, configuration and installation
- Working with Telecom providing on configuration of SIP circuits and SanSay or Sonus - SBC experience
- Hands on Configuration of Cube routers (Cisco Routers) and routing calls
- Network routing with BGP, EIGRP, OSPF and Static Routing
- Firewall experience creating VPN site to site tunnels
- Experience with VOIP design, setup configuration and support
- Hands on Point to Point configuration between locations
- Experience with supporting LAN support, configuration Cisco switches in a Stack to support user access
- Core Data Center support using Nexus 7K, 6K, 5K Platform in a VPC or VSS configuration
Educational Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
- 5+ years of experience
