Participates in planning and execution of tasks related to the DOCUMENTUM platform based initiatives; and upgrades versions of current systems third party solutions and integration with additional enterprise systems. Works alongside the Sr. ECM Developers and Administrators to develop configure and maintain document libraries enterprise lists and site collections; and performs typical system administrative activities such as site creation user training backup restore and issue resolution. Performs escalated technical support of DOCUMENTUM platforms including communicating the location of libraries their purpose and workflows within ECM platforms. Assists SWBC divisions in standardizing and optimizing the way data/information is stored and retrieved and trains of best practices for users when using DOCUMENTUM. Description

Sr. level documentum developer with experience move from on premise to cloud environment
Able to hit the ground running
Experience with helping companies migrate document environment into cloud
Assumes a Senior Role within the Enterprise Content Management team. This role assists the Sr. ECM Admin and Developers with projects, and/or administration tasks, and/or development tasks. This position also mentors the Jr. members of the team with support tasks. This position is responsible to be an escalation for Mid-Level team members. They will assist with implementing Enterprise Content Management systems - DOCUMENTUM across the entire SWBC Enterprise landscape; this position focuses on support, projects and implementations for the Enterprise Content Management Team. They will have a comprehensive knowledge of AWS/Cloud, design, architecture, and development. The Senior Administrator will work closely with the Sr. ECM Administrator-DOCUMENTUM to verify and assure availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, and security for DOCUMENTUM.

Responsibilities
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field and/or equivalent combination of formal education and experience or a minimum 3-5 years of hands on related technology experience.
  • Documentum Certifications and Systems Administrator
  • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of Documentum/Systems Administration
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of current (common) office related software products implemented on a network is essential, including: MS Office and Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of WebSphere, SQL, Window Server, Monitoring tools, Splunk, Service Now (ticketing system) and Change Management
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of Business continuity planning and implementation
  • Excellent customer service - Soft Skills
  • AWS and AZURE (O365) experience.
  • Must have working knowledge in assisting end users with investigation and resolving issues using Service Now or ticket system as they relate to the support of SWBC’s Enterprise Content Management Platforms.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Change Management, or Problem Management, and Incident Management is required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of supporting customers on one of the following platforms is required. DOCUMENTUM Focus: Comprehensive knowledge of DOCUMENTUM. This position collaborates with marketing, IT staff, content owners and project stakeholders on the intranet development to identify opportunities for improvement and implementation of solutions that drive usage, streamline processes and facilitate communications. Configures and maintains DOCUMENTUM. Provides day-to-day administration and support of DOCUMENTUM, collaborating with other IT staff in providing architecture, engineering and operational support for a multi-server Microsoft DOCUMENTUM environment. Responsible for the administration of the following systems: DOCUMENTUM, Windows DOCUMENTUM; IIS; .NET Framework; Handshake Server; Microsoft Windows Server; Add-In products, DOCUMENTUM & MS Workflow. Researches, evaluates and provides input on software products and researches, evaluates and recommends enhancements to current applications programs, systems and methods of operating. Manage Farm Topology. Documentum Focus: Comprehensive knowledge to complete essential duties; codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents programs. Assists in the modification of company products and/or customer/internal systems to meet the needs of the client and/or end-user. Gathers information from the system, analyzes program and time requirements, and prepares documentation to change existing programs. Researches and analyzes existing systems and program requirements, under periodic supervision. Designs programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs. Writes specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity. Assists in resolving production support problems. Develops and suggests alternative approaches to resolving problems. Develops test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs. Identifies issues as appropriate. Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation. Conducts quality assurance activities such as peer reviews. Remains abreast of and researches industry technical trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards. Candidate will support Documentum Upgrade and a planned migration to the upgraded platform. DNN/EVOQ Focus: Comprehensive knowledge of understanding what a corporation internet site is, working knowledge on how to support internal and external facing customer is as issues and access arise. Ability to troubleshooting and diagnose network, systems and various other issues within the environment. Assists the Enterprise Content Management Developer with deploying and verifying issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of DOCUMENTUM and Office 365 development methods including provider hosted apps and use of Azure or other IaaS cloud platforms
  • Comprehensive knowledge in IIS/Windows and working knowledge of SQL Server 2005/2008.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of system development lifecycles including Agile methodology; being able to manage projects using SCRUM, sprint planning, and preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, administration and support.
  • Comprehensive knowledge implementing information architecture plans as well as web standards and brand guidelines.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of technical and problem-solving skills with the ability to find creative solutions using a variety of electronic tools and techniques.

  • Comprehensive knowledge and abilities in gathering project requirements preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, and subject matter.
