Developer Lead

Description

Interact with different stakeholders and understand requirements for the ongoing business intelligence reports using Power BI. Understand the client's business, their problems and goals, their technology and product roadmap, how their departments are organized, who the key stakeholders are etc. Perform gap analysis to customize the architecture as per the specific needs. Resolving the technical challenges for ensuring the timely and quality delivery. Finalize the scope, deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, critical success factors, communication plan. Plan for regular interaction with the major stakeholders on the client's side, to keep them updated about the progress being made, major challenges faced, explore new opportunities, obtain feedback etc. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and offshore technical team to work on the requisite deliverables. Identify areas for farming the account, where we can add value to the customer's business, and take proactive steps to engage the customer in such areas through workshops, POCs, proposals etc. Define and maintain the optimized processes and information security practices for the project. Beneficiary should have a thorough understanding of the business requirements of the client, how they translate into the project's functional and non-functional requirements, and how these requirements have been designed for and implemented in the software. Plan for management of changes in the project w.r.t. scope, requirements, resources, design, technology etc. Get an explicit sign-off from the customer at the completion of each milestone. Lead the developmental efforts from requirements gathering to delivering the package to client. Work with Vallarta Supermarkets and the offshore team for the feature validation and client implementations and optimizing the code for product scalability. Developing features which can only be executed efficiently at onsite due to high business dependency. Interacting with offshore team to resolve team's business-related queries. Create requisite documents for business functionality and technical approach. Create visibility pertaining to the assigned tasks through regular status reports, accurate timesheets, or by keeping the status of the tasks updated in the task tracker.

Educational Requirements

• The minimum education requirements to perform these job duties is Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent, Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering (Any) or related field.
