Identify the root cause of inventory issues.
End-User Training - Initial and a Plan for Supplemental.
Perform Physical Inventory.
Establish Cycle Counting Procedures.
Physical Inventory Adjustments (MB1C Mvmt 711/712).
Implement Regular WH Auditing.
Material Master - WM1 General Data & Storage Strategies.
Consolidate Duplicate Material Masters.
Obsolete unused Material Masters.
Reconcile Outstanding Order Reservations.
Confirm Transfer Orders.
Activity and Work Order Confirmations.
Establish Confirmation Controls.
Evaluate Configuration - Allow Negative Stock.
Manage LL01 Exceptions (ALL).
