Data Modeler

Description

This person will be brought on to support a number of their new projects which are mostly due to new mergers & acquisitions they have made. This person will be responsible for modeling all of the new data that would be loaded into the warehouse. The data warehouse they are using is Oracle Healthcare Foundation and this person should have experience using that tool. A successful candidate for this position will need to have a strong background doing logical data models against a data warehouse in the healthcare industry. The technologies utilized in this position will be Oracle Health Foundation, SQL, Qlik for Visualizations, and TOAD.

Responsibilities

• This person must have strong data modeling skills and experience doing it in the Healthcare industry. The majority of the models will be logical so they should have strong experience in that space. This person should also have expertise in creating source to target mappings.
• This person must have experience doing data modeling in a data warehouse environment. Oracle Healthcare Foundation would be best but other data warehouse experience could work as well depending on the rest of this candidates' skill set. This person must be comfortable writing SQL queries in the warehouse as well.
• Qlik Experience-This person should have some familiarity with Qlik for visualizations but it is not required. If they don't have experience, they need to be willing to learn it.
