Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting or MIS. 4 plus years’ experience with SAP HCM – configuration implementation support roll-out etc. Canadian HR/Payroll a plus. SAP ECC HR/Payroll/Benefits configuration and custom program requirements/testing High organizational and planning ability. Ability to manage both small and large projects and deadlines. Proven interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. Service-oriented collaborative approach to internal customer and peer relationships. Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines. Must be a strong team player.Description
Initiate configuration for multiple modules in SAP.
Support business applications as necessary for critical processes.
Work with Business team members in documenting requirements.
Document custom program specifications through consultation with technical groups.
Provide impact/option assessments to offer workable, efficient solutions.
Proactively locate and correct potential problems and/or implement improvements.
Create and/or facilitate full unit and system testing to ensure the functionality and accuracy and quality of the product (configuration and custom programs).
Produce high-quality documentation, including procedural, operational and technical design and process flow documents.
Manage projects independently.
