Skills
Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience that provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work. Understanding of technological trends to provide solutions to enhance the enterprise’s competitive edge. Effective problem-solving skills. Strong documentation skills Experience streamlining and designing processes Strong communication skills to be able to work efficiently and effective with others. Strong PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel Power Point and Word and ability to learn our client’s specific software. Valid Driver’s license with the ability to meet the company’s vehicle policy and the ability to travel as needed.Description
Analyzes business partner’s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.
Assists in business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications.
Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communications between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation.
Leads digital transformation efforts as the project manager.
Educates the IT organization on the direction of the business.
Meets scheduled milestones to ensure project/program objectives are met in a timely manner.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and others.
Report workplace hazards, injuries, or illness immediately.
Educational Requirements
- Must have the ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status.
- Ability to read and speak the English language proficiently in order to communicate with others, understand and interpret safety instructions, and to respond to inquiries.
- Ability to understand and comply with Client’s guidelines and expectations, to include Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest guidelines.
