Description

The Salesforce CPQ Specialist is a key member of Ness Delivery organization. In addition to communicating clearly with both written and verbal skills, you must be able to work in a team environment. This involves using various types of project paradigms including waterfall and agile, plus being familiar with all major remote work meeting technologies (Zoom, Google Meet, WebEx, GoToMeeting, Teams). They should have solid functional and/or industry knowledge, as well as Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ. Responsibilities

Requirements gathering in all aspects of a CPQ configuration
Creating documentation of both requirements and technical design for a CPQ implementation
Implementing said requirements and technical design
Generating test scripts based on said requirements document
Facilitating successful user acceptance testing
Participating in and/or leading Go-live migrations of complex CPQ implementations
Writing "how-to" documentation for both end-users (How-to Quote) and CPQ admin users (How-to be CPQ Admin)
Administering comprehensive training to both end-users and CPQ admin users

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
• 5+ years' of relevant experience
• Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
