Description
Experience in managing DNS systems, specifically QIP and Network Troubleshooting (90% job related to troubleshooting)
Experience manually changing DHCP
Packet capture Information(Net Scaler)
Experience working with cloud technologies, specifically Azure
Experience working with DDI
Support, configure, upgrade, and maintain customer in-house servers, workstations, and network
Administer third-party applications
Create and deploy new workstations for employees
Provide support to end users
Installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues internally
