Skills

• Deep technical understanding formed from a hands-on programming and/or computer science background • Programming mastery in at least one of Python Scala or Java • Proficiency in SQL • Experience with Airflow Spark Kafka Databricks and Snowflake • Cloud experience or certifications particularly AWS • Secure CI/CD pipelines • Experience with data catalog tools (e.g. Collibra Informatica) • Hands-on capability with Terraform Ansible Sqitch • Understanding of columnar stores partitioning and clustering • Background in high-volume transactional systems and batch and stream processing applications • Passion for devops and maximizing developer efficiency

Description

Analyzing, designing, programming, debugging and modifying software enhancements and internal data projects.
Interact with internal teams to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
