Workday Product Manager

Description

The Workday Product Manager will join a highly collaborative and technical team to support key projects. Please see below for specific skill sets and responsibilities.

Knowledge/Background should include:
-Manage ongoing enhancements to the Workday product ensuring that the functional
administrators are communicating cross-functionally and testing the value and impact of
proposed modifications
-Facilitate the change control process using a weekly release schedule to move changes
into production. Establish appropriate signoff and communication of changes based on
the amount of change to the operations of the city
-Track metrics on Workday usage across the city, identifying areas where usage is not
optimal
-Engage stakeholders to understand day to day use of Workday
-Incorporate stakeholder input in building the product roadmap and training plans.
-Align business processes across the various agencies in the city and incorporate Workday
the standard business process to achieve efficient operations
-Oversee training content development and delivery
-Work through appropriate channels to ensure City’s Administrative manual and policies
are updated as related to Workday Processes
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

-8 years of related experience
-2 years of supervisory experience
