To perform this Strategic Data Assessment Apex will engage with Seagen in a collaborative phased approach that emphasizes alignment context and leveraging our expertise to recommend the best path forward. The engagement will begin with a brief current-state assessment around technology and process and then the team will create a targeted roadmap of recommendations to drive increased Data & Analytics maturity. Assess Phase – Understand current-state interview stakeholders capture goals and outcomes for future state. Analyze Phase – Identify needed changes in people process and technology. Recommend Phase – Finalize recommendations with Seagen input and create roadmap. Present recommendations to stakeholders. Enable Phase – Knowledge transfer to Seagen to equip personnel to implement roadmap and build best-practice visualizations that provide insights from information.

Description

Serves as the technical SME to design the solution based on the requirements captured during the engagement. Will advise the Client on the technical design and execution of their strategies and objectives and drive the design of the future-state architecture.

Advises the client on their solution architecture in tandem with the Apex Solution Advisor in regards to: efficient and optimal design, future capacity planning, and strategy.

Specific Qualifications:

5-7+ YOE



Must have:

experience designing and deploying Azure-based data and analytics solutions including Azure Data Lake, Power BI.
Need consultative skills re: communication, relationship building and expectation management.
This engagement will produce the following deliverables:
Monthly: Monthly Status Report
End of week 3: will provide an assessment document. Document detailing findings from current-state assessment, high-level requirements, and gap-analysis.
End of week 5: Team will provide a recommendation document. Document detailing recommendations, proposed future-state analytics environment, and roadmap.
End of week 8: Team will provide a Power BI Report/Dashboard Runbook. Operational Runbook document detailing architecture, maintenance, and troubleshooting information for Reports and Dashboards built by Apex in Power BI.
