Must have extensive experience implementing and maintaining Oracle infrastructure Oracle Database (RMAN/DataGuard/Streams) Oracle Golden Gate Oracle Enterprise Manager Data Warehouse (object design implementation maintenance) Minimum 8+ years Oracle DBA experience Minimum 3+ years Data Warehouse experience Performance tuning experience Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills Capable of communicating complex technical issues and solutions effectively Lead and influence through teamwork and collaboration Ability to work a flexible schedule when necessary - including nights and weekends BS degree or equivalent IT experience Oracle Certification preferred Linux experience preferred Oracle OEM experience preferred Oracle Weblogic experience is a plus Experience with other Database technologies is a plus Experience with Oracle E-Business environments is a plusDescription
Provide subject matter expertise across Oracle infrastructure environments
Develop high-availability design, configuration, and maintenance strategies
Assist with design, implementation, and maintenance of Data Warehouse database objects
Performance tuning Oracle Database and Weblogic Server environments
Provide senior-level technical troubleshooting and resolution for complex issues that may cross multiple Oracle technologies
Capture, define and document architectural requirements
Engineer cost effective solutions to meet business challenges
Install, administer and maintain Oracle environments
Cloning, patching, and upgrading Oracle technologies
Develop scripts for automation and troubleshooting
Work collaboratively with Infrastructure and Applications Development teams
Create and maintain documentation
Communicate changes, problems, solutions to other technical staff
Mentor less experienced personnel
Perform other duties as assigned
