FTR has been using Gigya/SAP CDC
Utilize for FTR.com for past 5 or 6 years
Primary mode for creating FTR ID’s – customer signs up and then gets an ID and they associate ID with billing and customer accounts
Number of different projects that are starting right now
Had a lot of customers that would create multiple IDs – created dead accounts and utilizing a lot of power
Pull data from Gigya and scrub accounts and move back to Gigya
Going to start utilizing social sign on
Looking to change mandatory FTR ID – have to adjust APIs to allow customer to create own account
