Leading the OU Integrated Marketing and Commercial stages and gate process and Resource Management Operations and the implementation of the related OU routines and processes while connecting and integrating it to the frontline category commercial and technical functions. · Owning and driving the OU Marketing PMO activities comprising IMX (marketing and commercial) campaigns. This will include OU integrated brand bundles shared bets across clusters/ markets and single market needs. · Holding the stewardship of ways-of-working (e.g. agile) key processes and routines including onboarding documenting and on-going training. · Introducing tools and best practices from Global PMO network · Leading the optimized allocation and tracking of resources (People & DME) across Marketing projects including IMX campaigns and Innovation in coordination with all Mkt sub-functions. · Supporting as part of the Global Marketing Operations and Capabilities network the creation of a compelling vision and strategic agenda for PMO as well as Resource Management Capabilities in anticipation of the future. · Defining the current OU resources (incl. skills & competencies and experiences) for Resource Management and bringing in Global and external best practices in partnership with OU Marketing Capabilities Lead and HR. · Coordination of OU DME annual planning (in coordination with finance) across categories and countries. · In year DME management (in coordination with finance) on a monthly basis across categories and countries to allow flexible movement of funds to respond to changing budgets and / or brand/ market needs. · Coordinates marketing efficiency and effectiveness drives in coordination with marketing procurement in platform services IMX category marketing and frontline marketing teams KeY SUCCESS PARAMETERSDescription
EME OU will see a new organization forming from TCCA and MENA. In this context, it will be critical to have the right processes and routines in place to enable the team to perform at a higher level. One of the key processes will continue to be the Stages and Gates process for the development of connections plans, experiences and content. The focus of this role will be to lead an effective S&G within the marketing team ensuring all materials are delivered within the allocated resources on a timely fashion; and with a process in place to capture learning and nurture a virtuous feedback loop that enhances performance over time.
Responsibilities
- · 10+ years of experience in leading multifunctional System teams including Marketing, Innovation, Project Management, and Agile Ways-of-Working
- · Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
- · Experience in leading and managing a full set of processes and routines
- · Experience working with marketing in the field is preferred
- · Experience on resource allocation and Agile / Scrum Methodology is preferred.

- · The role communicates internally across OU Marketing, the Global PMO and Resource Allocation Community (Global team + 8 OUs), and HR.
- · The role influences and aligns senior leaders across the OU, to adopt, support and implement the elements outlined in the scope of the role. The role also negotiates with senior leaders at OU level to invest in many of the elements outlined in the scope of the role our people, especially where opposing interests relative to local plans exist.
- · The role is also responsible for influencing and sharing information and practices across the Global Marketing community.
