The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for working to develop design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNow Developer will provide administration application development maintenance and technical support by using good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions to the client utilizing the ServiceNow platform. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Successfully plan execute monitor control and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform. Engineering of but not limited to: workflows integrations automations scripting API integrations reports data imports and custom applications. Knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub requiring experience in Microsoft AD Exchange and Microsoft Teams integrations/spokes. Required knowledge of PowerShell steps running on a local MID server. Virtual Agent integration with Microsoft Teams. Scripting in JavaScript PowerShell and Python. Maintain a comprehensive testing process. Move updates from test to prod instances and certify successful updates. Collaborate regularly with Systems Engineering and other Infrastructure teams for development needs. Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow. Document all work provide this to Engineers. Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues. Complete other duties as assigned.

Proficient with Microsoft Teams, O365, and Outlook.
Clear and concise communication with superior written and verbal communication skills, available during working hours over chat, email, or phone.
Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external business partners.
Manage and prioritize work effectively with minimal supervision.
