Knowledgeable with Microsoft Dynamics D365
Ability to create deployable packages and model
Understand standard MS functionality with call center and non-call center, AR functions
Have some understanding of credit cards would be beneficial as we have software which extends the capabilities of MS. Additionally, we have commissions and Trade and Pricing software, too.
Working knowledge with AX2019 or AX2012 as we have a solid customer base still using this. We also have a small customer base on AX2009.plus
Toolset: LCS, Visual Studios, DevOps plus standard Microsoft office suite.
Assist with tickets for bug fixes from customers.
Work on new development as requested by customers.
Changes may be to our core software, or an extension for the customer may be made.
Help troubleshoot software through debugging at times to identify customer problems. Other times it may just be a process issue. Help educate the customer.
Understanding that each credit card processor has different requirements.
