Description
Roles and Skills :
Strong design, orchestration and admin experience on various monitoring tools: SCOM, Dynatrace Gen2 and Gen3 products:
Create monitoring dashboards for IT and business
Knowledge of troubleshooting and monitoring using Dynatrace
Integration with other ITSM tools such as Cherwell
Strong event correlation and analytical skills across monitoring tools
o Working experience on AppMon, Synthetics and Pure path analysis along with topology dependency mapping
• Good understanding of Infrastructure technologies such as Network, Database and Virtualization to be able to triage, diagnose, and resolve reported alerts across systems
• Preferably worked on application support and operations to be able to identify the Application Monitoring requirements and interpret the monitoring parameters and alerts
• Strong communication skills with thought leadership in driving the monitoring maturity for a given operations area.
