The effort would likely be done in stages with us first planning and funding the current state analysis and then determining the follow up work after that. I’d say the initial engagement would be for 2-3 weeks during which time we would be building out the rest of the timeline. Looking for someone much more functional than technical who can work with the business to help them understand the data they’re looking at from Google Analytics and then make suggestions as to what types of changes they can make to their web site to enhance capabilities remove things add things etc. Initial project 3 weeks but then could be some PT type work for a couple weeks and then hopefully the business approves the changes presented and it could turn into more of a “true” 3-6 month project.Description
Provide an analysis of our existing Google Analytics platform and what data we are capturing today.
Review with the Corp Comm team the metrics they are looking to capture and determine what gaps exist.
Develop dashboards as required to highlight the key metrics that Corp Comm is looking to review.
Develop a plan to implement any changes on the their site to properly capture needed metrics – possibly utilizing Google Tag Manager.
