· Effectively manage team of business analysts, developers, QA testers, and architects
· Work with other project managers to ensure alignment of project work streams
· Establish effective-working solution with client product owners to gather business and technical requirements
· Organize business requirements into releases, considering work stream and client dependencies – requiring agile and waterfall project management abilities
· Report progress to client and program business leads through multiple forms of communication
· Optimize delivery within a project or program through insights and mitigation strategies for project risk management
