At a baseline level they need someone who has: 5+ years of PM experience including experience in an Agile environment. Of the two Salesforce would be more helpful than healthcare For soft skills they are looking for two key things: a) Someone who can push back and keep everyone in scope of timelines and budget. The leader spoke openly about the fact that this person will be dealing with strong/ difficult departments and personalities. b) Someone who is comfortable working “in the grey.” This is a very large project involving business areas (e.g. Sales Product Underwriting Contracts). It is multi-department multi-vendor multi-platform and requires a lot of integrated planning with other releases. They need someone who is not too dogmatic about unnecessary details or processes and can move meetings along.Description
