Bachelor's degree in information technology computer science or similar. 8+ years of relevant experience Hand on experience in managing domain registration domain transfer domain maintenance DNS services and WHOIS privacy protection Experience managing Web hosting/web infrastructure – Preferably MS Azure Knowledgeable in web security management Experienced script and web technologist. Hands-on experience using web software (and Script) such as WordPress Drupal Joomla OpenCart Magento phpBB Familiar with search engine optimization (SEO) Experience in managing graphics logo branding color scheme. SharePoint administration Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems as well as SQL Server Power BI PowerShell and Office 365. Knowledge of SharePoint tools including ULS Logs workflows and SharePoint forms for tasks. Keen observation skills with strong analytical ability Proven experience collaborating with others including employees and contractors Effective communication skills (written and oral) Effective and independent problem-solving skills Great team playerDescription
Manage domain registration, domain maintenance, DNS services, and WHOIS privacy protection.
Manage web hosting/web infrastructure (Azure), website security, content delivery network services, DDoS mitigation, Internet security, Web Application Firewall.
Closely work with content editors/content owners to help manage and market web contents.
Manage relationship with Web Hosting Providers, Web infrastructure and security partners, Web Development partners, Domain registrar.
Manage content management platform (SharePoint Managed metadata and content Management).
Create, host, and manage internal facing web pages.
Perform maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers, and intranet. Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions. Providing SharePoint support and end-user training.
Install the SharePoint platform, integrating applications, and creating libraries.
Manage account provisioning - adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.
IT Technical support. Incident and event management.
User engagement and knowledge management.
Manage small and medium enhancements and project.
Effectively communicating, both internally and externally with customers.
Lead the analysis, requirements gathering, adoption metrics, and documentation of solutions.
Conduct needs assessments interviews, business analysis meetings and understanding the process flow, communication, and reporting needs of the user community and stakeholders.
