· Manage implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, including ensuring accurate conversion of payroll data and management of project deliverables related to payroll conversion
· Serve as team lead to ensure project milestones are met and completed with accuracy
· Perform quality assurance checks and procedures to ensure accurate data entry
· Proactively identify and advise on best practices and approach to ensure proper system configuration
· Support internal payroll team perform necessary functions to ensure smooth transition to live system
