Leads project phase gate reviews process. Partners with PM’s on defining action plans to resolve discrepancies Provides recommendation on setup and maintenance of project plans monthly forecasting status reporting and adherence to project timelines. Assists in execution as necessary Trains Project Management personnel on LOL process and best practices (organizes and inventories PMO training artifacts and reference material) Directs PM(s) and other PC's to ensure standard processes are followed Manages corporate audit process: Coordinates preparation and document compilation Prepares reporting and KPI’s for PMO including portfolio level forecasts and analysis. Attain subject matter expertise with Clarity and other Project Management tools – develop relationships with vendor partners for sameDescription
n support of Project and Portfolio managers, the PMO Project Coordinator is a key contributor to the successful execution of Land O’Lakes portfolio of IT projects. The PMO Project Coordinator will split time between managing small to medium projects, ensuring best practices/processes are followed across the entire project portfolio of Land O’Lakes IT, and providing administrative execution of PMO tasks. This developmental role will prepare individuals for further career advancement as a Project Manager and/or a PMO Analyst.

Responsibilities
- Experience-Education (Required):
- • Requires a bachelor's degree in business, MIS or a related area
- • 1-2 years of experience in IT
- Competencies-Skills (Required):
- • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple assignments
- • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to work with multiple organizational levels
- • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project and SharePoint
- • Knowledge of Project Management and SDLC methodologies (Waterfall/Agile)
- Competencies-Skills (Preferred):
- • Experience with Clarity or other Project Portfolio Management tools
- • Report writing and analysis (PowerBI)
- • Training and presentation experience with applications and tools
- • Experience with IT projects
- • Financial Management (forecasting and budgeting)
