Technical Program Manager (Project Manager) - Facilitate the migration of work stations and servers at four (4) sites. Leads/manages moderately complex active directory integration projects for several concurrent acquisitions. Seeking a dedicated and driven Program Manager who will be accountable for ensuring the successful planning, execution and migration of key systems for new acquisition sites. Manages project budget, schedule, scope, quality and risk to achieve business objectives. Develop and tracker performance to project charter. Lead communication and change management for all levels of the affected organizations. Ensures appropriate project plans are developed, scope and deliverables defined, resources secured and expectations are set. Monitors and reviews work plans; assesses implications of schedule changes. Provides team leads with the tools to complete deliverables. Participates in vendor needs analysis, RFP creation, selection and governance. Create reporting dashboards in PowerPoint or other tools to effectively communication project status, blockers, schedules and progress towards milestone dates.
