Main purpose of the position is to define & govern release and environment strategy for FLNA IT applications landscape. The position will guarantee feasible environment planning to facilitate FLNA projects delivery project slotting and release deployment plans including environment planning. The position will coordinate FLNA projects (Delivery & Operations) release reviews and approvals for FLNA releases guarantying successful end to end execution and delivery of release across all applicable teams within the FLNA IT applications landscape Accountabilities: • Define FLNA environment & release management processes (DEV FIT PRE) • Coordinate projects within releases including reviews and approvals • Identify open and manage environment / release issues as appropriate • Manage risks impacts and potential conflicts of change for the planned releases • Guardrail service management standards (e.g. ITIL) • Govern release compliance within the FLNA ecosystem • Facilitate stage gates guardrails and ongoing planning/status meetings for project releases • Review project portfolio for the ecosystem for conflicts • Deliver environment calendars with freezes refreshes and availability • Conduct weekly release meetings in order to deliver cross-project status (Resolves issues between projects in releases) • Resolve issues between FLNA projects within the same release • Coordinate design reviews and stage gates for releases • Ensure system user acceptance test (UAT) and regression test are being performed across a project release • Define & plan upgrade strategy • Enable Business Process Monitoring in SAP Solution Manager to activate proactive and process oriented alerting for issues that could potentially disrupt the flow of your core business processes Experience Required: • Bachelor’s degree required • 5+ years of release & environment management experience with focus on ITIL tools & processes • Ability to effectively communicate with higher levels of the organization • Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements • Knowledge and experience in following tools disciplines and processes are: ServiceNow Plutora Azure Dev OPS Agile Clarity SAP Solution Manager & Solman • PMI certification • Outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers • Strong management skills with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent • Demonstrates the desire and ability to develop new technology skills business knowledge and customer service capability through training experimentation and self-study • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. • Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers • Ability to travel up to 80% and work flexible hours based on demand • Multi-tasking and stress tolerant.
