Description
Candidate should be able to write splunk queries and create dashboards in splunk
Candidate should have good experience with monitoring tools like appd
Candidate should have extensive experience in any of the scripting language like shell
Candidate should have basic Java knowledge to triage/replicate production issue and work on minor defect fixes
Candidate must have understanding of SOAP requests/response and should be able to build requests manually
candidate should have ORACLE/DSE knowledge to perform basic queries and carry-on Data Analytics on production data
Thorough and clear communication skills are mandatory
Monitoring production servers, scheduled jobs and incident management
Coordinate with various teams and raise support tracker for all issues analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes
Prepare extensive documentation when logging application issues, including the observations, troubleshooting steps and action items.
Coordinating with offshore and onsite teams and making sure the expected delivery timelines for the project are met
Candidate should be able to automate the tasks whenever required.
