Description

Responsible for managing SCCM infrastructure, Handling endto end version upgrade of SCCM and integrated products such as 1E Nomad, WSUS,ADK, etc. Provide end to end troubleshooting for any issue that occurs in theSCCM operations/functionality. Closely work with EUC team for providingseamless day to day activities in SCCM. Provide knowledge transfer to EUC teammembers as and when required. Closely work with the vendor if any issue hasbeen raised. Closely work in collaboration with other teams for any serverrelated activities (hardware or application upgrades).

Required Skills and Experience:

Experiencein SCCM Infrastructure

AdvancedLevel knowledge and experience in SCCM design, configuration, implementationand migration

SupportingSCCM tools (e.g. 1E Nomad, WSUS, etc.)

Experiencein 1E Nomad

Experiencein SCCM L3 Infrastructure troubleshooting

Experiencein SCCM Client troubleshooting

Knowledgeand experience in Software deployment, Patching & OSD

Knowledgeand experience in Backup & Recovery of SCCM

Experiencein SQL Queries

Experiencein Impact Analysis

Abilityto communicate with the customer under complex situations.

Strongcommunication skill (written and verbal)
