The client seeks someone with a technical background who has worked in a similar Technical Writing / Author position working directly with software development teams (i.e. strong SDLC ITIL SRE knowledge) across multiple concurrent projects working to industry standards who has: - - Experience of production support ITIL/SRE model - Created technical templates/ documentation - Documented cross-sectional technical subjects - Effective UI writing - A good understanding of data formats data flow design (e.g. sequence diagrams flowcharts UML..) · Technical Writing & Documentations · Define & setup knowledge management processes · Document processes across release change incident and alert · Create document templates to manage knowledge · Create/Update documentations like TSGs SOPs Runbook · Perform quality review for the documentation · Reporting and maintaining daily weekly and monthly reports · Configure and connect different monitoring and alerting systems · Review existing processes perform due diligence and propose improvements o Incident management (Critical and standard incidents) o Change (Standard Emergency) management o Service management o Release management o Alert monitoring process o Branching strategy o CI/CD pipeline o Problem Management

Description

be responsible for all writing and publishing technical content relating to the development, production support, release and roadmap of the products and features: -

- Producing clear and consistent documentation and supporting content for end user systems, applications, Production support processes, Infra, DevOps and associated data feeds

- Writing usable, concise UI text with consistent attribute naming

- Producing screenshots and virtualisations – media, videos, etc

- Working closely with: Software Developers, Support team, Product Managers and other technical writers
